Yeah, me either. These days, after 2.5 tequilas I find myself waking up with a fuzzy outlook, both on life and quite literally in vision. Until the other day, when I decided to do some yoga.
Hanging my head in downward dog until the blood rushed towards it actually aided in a quicker recovery. It’s easy to dismiss exercise as a hangover cure – but ultimately, what could be better for re-energiizing and making the whole body feel good again?
