Waking up next to the ocean each day and smelling the sweet, salty, sea air.
Favorite place to eat:
I adore Fratelli Paradiso in Potts Point. You must try the fried calamari as well as the scampi pasta. The boys there are very welcoming and the food is delicious. Another must is icebergs dining room and bar. It ticks all of the boxes.
Best souvenir someone could bring back:
A healthy tan.
Best place for a cocktail:
Ten William in Paddington. You can find me there holding an Aperol Spritz.
Most unexpected thing about the city:
I would have to say the sheer size. Sydney spreads for miles; from oceans to mountains, she’s one very beautiful lady.
