Pocket PMF: Spirituality

Spirituality is a big topic to try and tackle in a pocket episode–but, Emily, Veronica, Linne and Nathan make a serious effort this week. While they cover the heavier topics like the connectedness of spirituality and religion, the unexpected and moving moments when you feel most spiritual, fear of death and annoyance at how the wellness movement positions spirituality, there’s always room for the lighter bits — astrology and spirit animals! What do you all feel most spiritual? There are no wrong answers and a Beyoncé concert totally counts.

One day , my 12th grade Portuguese teacher while we were analising a bucolic poem ( don’t ask me what poet) ,told the class that the best time of the day to talk to God is in the dusk and believe it or not , it stuck, so…it’s usually when the red or white candles are lit!!!
And ssshhhhhh, just between us , but Saint Judas Tadeu is my homie!!!

  • Dusk and dawn are interfaces. It is neither night nor day and so transcends polarity. Interfaces are special moments when big openings and realizations can happen. Many enlightened masters say that they gained their enlightenment at dusk or dawn.
Equinoxes are interfaces between summer and winter.
Birth and death are interfaces between life on earth and life in spiritual realms.
