Totême

Not sure what it is, but lately I’m feeling a renewed sense of wanting to shop. Maybe it’s all of the KonMari-ing going on—and honestly I have yet to do a closet clean out—but, I’m definitely craving new stuff. And one of the best things about having this urge strike me in January is that there are great sales going on. It can be a bit overwhelming actually. When Mary gave me a tip that the 75% off merch on Intermix had an additional 40% off I went a little crazy…

BUT, the sale I really wait for every season is Totême’s. Elin Kling’s super minimal Scandi-chic project has been a godsend to my wardrobe. The price point is just right (again, even better when it’s on sale!), the style is everything I’ve always dreamed of, and I’m always inspired by the styling. It’s not uncommon for multiple boxes to show up at the studio for me at once and everyone knows what’s going on—I’ve gone totally crazy with the Totême sale again. This season I scored a big cozy sweater, a perfect pair of jeans, and an adorable top and skirt for summer. And that was just round one.

Oh no, this sale isn’t a one and done for me. As the weeks go by, the discounts get steeper, and my credit card comes back out of my wallet for another round of purchases. Right now, I’m eyeing this coat , these trousers and this cropped knit. Their new collection is also a stunner—no surprise there. Looks like I’ll have to be getting my Marie Kondo on to make room for a few new things…
